Food Vendor:

Price Per Vendor spot is $125.00 deposit.

Food Vendor deposit is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. We require a 30 day notice if you are unable to attend.

Required certificates:

1. Certificate of insurance showing Flashback Cruz Bend additionally insured.

2. Health inspection certificate

This agreement is for 2 days, Friday, July 21st 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the VFW Hall Redmond, OR and Saturday, July 22nd 6:00 am to 3:30 pm at Christian Life Center (21720 US Hwy 20 Bend, OR). Vendor trucks need to be at VFW Hall to set up by 4:00 pm Friday and/or at CLC by 6:00 am Saturday to set up.
